Do I lose control during hypnosis?
No. You are always aware, present, and in control. Hypnosis is a guided, relaxed state — not something that’s done to you.

What if I can’t be hypnotised?

If you can daydream, focus, or get absorbed in a book or music, you can benefit from these audios. There’s nothing you need to “do right.”

 

Can the audios make me do or think something I don’t want to?

No. No one can make you do anything! Your mind only accepts what feels safe and aligned for you. You remain in full control the entire time.

How quickly will I notice changes?
Some people notice subtle shifts right away, others over time. Change happens at your own pace — gently and naturally.

Do I need to believe in hypnosis for it to work?
No belief required. Simply listening regularly is enough. Change happens due to neuroplasticity, your brain's natural ability to reshape itself.

Can I stop the audio at any time?
Yes. You can pause, stop, or replay the audio whenever you like. You’re always in charge.

When and how often should I listen?
Choose a time where you won’t be disturbed. Daily listening for at least 3 weeks creates the strongest results, but always listen in a way that feels right for you.
